Illustrator to WordPress with Elementor Pro
In this video, I walk through a custom site we built in Elementor Pro, working from a design the client supplied as an Illustrator file. You'll see the finished live site alongside the original design, and how the whole layout was implemented in WordPress without losing what made the design work.
Illustrator files bring their own challenge — they're built for print-style precision, not web layout, so translating one into a responsive WordPress site means rebuilding the design's intent rather than just tracing it. Spacing, type hierarchy, and section rhythm all have to be re-derived for the browser while still reading as the same design.
As a full-service product engineering agency, we take custom designs in any format — Illustrator, Figma, PSD, or PDF — and build them into responsive WordPress sites using Elementor, WPBakery, or clean custom code. See more design-to-build walkthroughs across our showcase, browse our full project portfolio, or explore the UI work behind them on our design wall.
You can view the live site built from this design.
