Building a Sales Dashboard with AI

In this video, I take you behind the scenes as we upgrade our internal Sales App using Cursor and a stack of AI development tools. The app is already half-built with multiple modules, but the dashboard page has been fighting us — broken responsiveness, missing data, and limited filters. Time to fix it properly.

I walk through the exact prompt I sent to Cursor laying out every issue, the follow-up questions it asked back, and the improvement plan it generated. Then I implement those AI-suggested changes live. We're still mid-development, but the results are already looking sharp — cleaner layouts, better data flow, and a dashboard that finally holds up on every screen size.

If you want to see how AI genuinely levels up real-world app development — UI fixes, responsive layouts, smarter data handling — this walkthrough shows the full workflow, not a polished highlight reel.

As an AI-powered product engineering agency, we build sales dashboards that turn raw data into clear, actionable insight — giving sales leaders real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue trends, and team performance. See more of how we work with AI tools across our showcase and full project portfolio.
