Whoa! CRM – Task Management Platform.

Whoa! CRM is a task management platform built for client-facing teams. It puts leads, clients, tasks, chat and time tracking in one place. The product launched in Tallahassee, Florida, and serves teams of every size.

The challenge

Small agencies were juggling too many tools. Leads lived in one app. Tasks lived in another. Client chats were spread across email and messengers. Nobody had a clear view of the work or the hours spent on it.

What we built

Our team at Craxinno handled the UI/UX design and development of the web portal and the companion iOS app. The goal was simple: one task management platform that is easy to learn and pleasant to use every day.

Web portal

• A dashboard with my tasks, to-dos and the calendar side by side.
• A lead pipeline with hot, warm, neutral and cold columns.
• Client profiles with contacts, services, tasks and a full timeline.
• Team and client chat with groups, replies and file sharing.
• Support tickets, documents, approvals and reports.
• Time tracking and monthly retainer hours with low-hours alerts.

iOS app

The Whoa CRM iOS app lets staff and clients chat, check tickets, manage tasks and clock in or out from anywhere. Push notifications keep everyone up to date.

Design approach

We used a calm teal palette, clear type and plenty of white space. Every list, form and popup follows one design system. This keeps a feature-rich task management platform feeling light and fast.

The result
