Savnt – Restaurant Operational Intelligence Platform.

Savnt is an operational intelligence platform built for multi-unit restaurant operators and franchise groups. Its promise is simple: automate the daily reporting grind and point operators straight to what needs attention. Craxinno partnered on the product end to end, from UX and visual design to the web dashboard, backend APIs and the native mobile apps.

The challenge: restaurant owners, GMs and shift leads were juggling separate POS, labor, guest-feedback and food-safety systems, then stitching numbers together in spreadsheets. By the time a report was ready, the shift had already moved on.

The solution: Savnt connects four systems (sales, labor, customer experience and temperature checks) and combines them into one clear daily performance snapshot delivered by email, on the web at app.savnt.io and in the mobile app. Every metric, from net sales, average check and loyalty sign-ups to labor % and sales per labor hour, is tagged Good, Watch or Needs attention so teams see priorities at a glance.

What we built: automated daily reports with status-based conditional formatting; custom metrics; a gesture-driven Report Builder with server-side layout persistence, templates and pinch-to-zoom between district and store-level views; multi-company, multi-tenant support for franchisees and franchisors; the Ask Jessica assistant; and an iOS-first React Native app with Android parity. The design system pairs Instrument Serif numerals with DM Sans and DM Mono on a dark base with a forest-green and lime accent palette.

The result: multi-location operators such as a three-unit Qdoba franchisee now start every day with one focused report instead of four dashboards, turning raw data into direction. Beyond BI. Direction delivered.
