The mobile app UI UX design for Order Guru turns busy restaurant chaos into one calm, controlled dashboard. Order Guru helps food-service teams manage every order in real time. Pick-up, delivery, payments, timers — all in one view. We designed an interface that keeps a fast kitchen fully in control.

The Challenge

A restaurant floor moves fast. Orders arrive from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and walk-ins at once. Staff can't afford to hunt for status or payment details mid-rush. The old way scattered this across screens and paper. Order Guru needed one clear dashboard that a team could read at a glance, under pressure.

What We Designed

We built a full mobile app UI UX design focused on speed, clarity, and control. Every screen was designed so the next action is obvious in a hurry. Core features we shaped across the app:

Order Management — a live view of every order by status: Pending, Prepared, Delivered, for pickup and delivery.

Order Details — customer, contact, order number, delivery method, and payment status in one clean card.

Payments & Tips — clear payment state per order, with tips tracked separately so nothing is missed.

Ready-Time Timers — set prep windows and watch a countdown, so food is ready right on time.

Order History — a full log of past orders for reviews, payment checks, and customer disputes.

Menu & Item Control — enable or disable items instantly to match what the kitchen can actually serve.

Printer & Dispatch — auto-print order tickets and view a delivery route map to guide drivers.

The Result

Order Guru now has an app design that keeps a busy kitchen in full control. Staff track every order, payment, and timer at a glance. Nothing slips during the rush. The result is a fast, clear mobile experience that turns order chaos into calm, confident service.
