This real estate platform UI design gives Zipstur a fast, map-first way to search listed and unlisted homes and send offers in under a minute. The brief was to collapse a slow, agent-gated process into a self-serve tool — browse a parcel map, spot listed and off-market properties, and fire an offer without a phone call. We designed a clean green-and-white system that pairs a buyer-facing search experience with an agent-side Kanban pipeline, so both sides of a deal move quickly — see more web design work or explore our full design services.
The direction is bright, trustworthy, and utility-led: a crisp white canvas, a single green brand accent, and a parcel map where blue marks listed homes and green marks unlisted ones. Property cards, offer panels, and help modals share one rounded, friendly language. The agent side flips to a Kanban board of ticket cards moving across pipeline stages. Across both, the real estate platform UI design keeps one accent and a calm layout so a data-dense product stays approachable.
The work spans buyer search and agent operations. A Search Property screen pairs an interactive parcel map with a results list, an unlisted-property popup, and a Send an Offer action. Help and How-It-Works modals walk users through making an offer in seven steps with a risk-free guarantee. A live chat widget supports buyers inline. On the agent side, a Kanban board moves offer tickets through Received, Sent to Seller, Response, Ongoing, and Done, and a card-grid dashboard mirrors the same pipeline.
The design removes friction from offer-making. The dual-color map instantly separates listed from off-market homes, surfacing inventory buyers can't see elsewhere. The seven-step modal sets expectations and the risk-free line lowers hesitation before the offer. Inline chat catches questions without leaving the map. For agents, the Kanban board makes every ticket's stage and owner obvious at a glance, so nothing stalls between buyer and seller.
The result is a real estate tool that turns browsing into offers fast — map-clear for buyers, pipeline-clear for agents. A two-color parcel map, a short offer modal, and a stage-based Kanban keep both sides moving toward a closed deal. Built on a modern responsive stack with React, the design scales cleanly from map search to agent board. Want this kind of clarity for your platform or marketplace?
