The WhoaCRM dashboard is a client and support management platform built to keep account managers, leads, and tickets in one fast workspace. Small service teams juggle client records, daily to-dos, and incoming support requests across too many tools, so the brief was to fold all of it into a single calm interface. We designed list-first screens that load quickly, read clearly, and put the next action one click away. A live time-tracker sits in the rail so reps log effort without leaving the page. The result is a CRM that feels light, not enterprise-heavy. See more of our web design work for related portal builds.
We led with clarity. The WhoaCRM dashboard uses a slim left rail — Clients, Leads, Tasks, Calendar, Support Center, To Do list — so the whole workflow stays visible at once. Tables carry the weight: generous row height, plain typography, and a single teal accent that marks status and primary actions. We kept filters and search at the top of every list, and tucked view, edit, and delete behind a quiet three-dot menu to reduce visual noise. The persistent date-and-timer card grounds the user in their day.
Four core surfaces. Client Listing pairs business and contact data with account-manager and service filters, plus inline task links. User Listing lives under Settings with tabs for Users, Services, Support Type, and Email Templates. The To Do List splits a focused Top 5 from the full list, each row carrying a Pending or In Progress status pill and a share link. Ticket Listing tracks subject, business, support type, channel, and owner with colour-coded Open and Close states.
The design makes status legible at a glance: green for open or active, amber for pending or closed, so reps triage without reading every cell. Consistent table layout across Clients, Users, and Tickets means one learned pattern covers the whole app. The Top 5 to-do split fights overwhelm by separating today's priorities from the backlog. Shared three-dot actions and uniform pagination keep multi-page lists predictable and quick to work through.
For a CRM, conversion is daily retention — reps returning because the tool stays out of their way. Fast lists, obvious status, and a built-in timer all reduce friction so the team actually logs work.
