The RWD order management dashboard is a B2B wholesale admin portal built to give distribution teams real-time control over sales, customers, and order requests from one screen. RWD sells building products to construction and window-installation accounts, so the platform had to surface revenue at a glance while keeping deep customer and pricing tools one click away. We designed a clean, data-forward interface that scales from a daily-sales snapshot down to per-account ordering history. We led with hierarchy. The RWD order management dashboard opens on five KPI cards — Sales Today, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, and Order Requests Pending — each with a trend delta so reps spot momentum instantly. A fixed left rail keeps every workflow (Orders, Customers, Leads, Products, Pricing, Discounts) reachable without hunting. We used a calm neutral canvas so the amber-gold and navy brand accents carry meaning, not decoration. Numbers get the largest type weight; supporting labels stay quiet.
Three core surfaces. The Dashboard delivers the KPI overview and pending-request shortcut. The Customers table handles nested parent-child accounts (Window World → Texas, Tallahassee, Florida) with colour-coded ordering-day flags, inline search, a Leader Board, and per-row view/edit/delete actions. My Profile gives each team member a simple identity card with edit and password controls. Together they cover monitor, manage, and account-level tasks.
The design makes priority obvious: red and yellow ordering-day flags pull the eye to at-risk accounts before they churn. Nested company rows let one rep manage a multi-location chain without losing context. Pagination, rows-per-page, and dual search keep a 10-page customer list fast to navigate. Every destructive action sits behind a clear icon, reducing mis-clicks on live order data.
For RWD, conversion means reps acting on the right account at the right moment. Clear KPIs drive daily focus; flagged accounts drive proactive outreach; fast tables drive throughput.
