The golf putting analysis app design for Proof Putting turns every practice stroke into measured, reviewable data on a clean mobile screen. Serious putters want to know speed, launch angle, and distance for each attempt, not just a vague feel, so the brief was to make hard numbers effortless to capture and read. We designed a bright, sporty interface where each putt becomes a card with its video, metrics, and mode, and a single button starts the next attempt. We led with data and motion. The golf putting analysis app design wraps every metric — mph, degrees, feet — in a consistent three-stat row so players read performance the same way on every screen. Putt and practice cards pair an aerial green thumbnail with timing and mode, making history skimmable at a glance. A faint golf-equipment line pattern adds sporty texture without stealing focus from numbers. We kept primary actions — Start to Putt, Start Practice — as bold pill buttons, and tucked settings like stimp value and light or dark mode one tap away.
Four core screens. The Practice Mode home introduces the session with a feature grid — infinite putts, statistics, voice guidance, and putt videos — and a swipe to change mode. The Putt History screen lists each putt with video, speed, angle, and distance. The Past Practices screen groups sessions by date with putt counts and stats. The Settings screen toggles light and dark mode and sets the current stimp value for accurate green-speed readings.
The design makes performance legible: a fixed speed-angle-distance row on every card means a player never hunts for the metric that matters. Grouped practice sessions with putt counts turn scattered attempts into trackable progress. Video thumbnails on each entry let golfers rewatch form instantly. Stimp and mode settings keep readings accurate across different greens, so the data players trust actually reflects the surface they're on.
