Overview
This paratransit training website design gives Lively Paratransit Instructional Program a clean, credible home for its Florida technician training. Built for Lively Technical College in partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation, LPIP needed a site that explains the program, surfaces courses, and drives applications without feeling like a dense government portal. The Design Approach
We anchored the layout on the program's existing red-white-blue identity and the Florida-shaped LPIP mark, then built a system around trust and clarity. Deep navy headlines on a light canvas keep long-form program copy readable, while the red accent flags the few actions that matter: Learn More, Apply, View Latest Issue. Generous spacing and a single-column reading flow make the paratransit training website design approachable for technicians and agency staff who are not browsing for fun — they want eligibility, courses, and next steps fast.

Pages We Designed
Three core templates carry the program. The Home page leads with a hero, a "What We Do" partnership explainer, side-by-side Eligibility and Travel Reimbursement cards, an expandable year-by-year Newsletter archive, and a Photo Gallery carousel of real training sessions. The Program Info page covers About LPIP, an "Our Team" card row with role, organization, and contact actions, and an accordion of course offerings ending in a bold "Ready To Get Started?" apply block. The Courses page is an event-style calendar with List, Month, and Day views, search, and a Subscribe to Calendar prompt.

Key Outcomes Surfaced
The design pushes the high-intent paths up the page. Eligibility rules sit in a scannable numbered list; reimbursement benefits read as quick bullets. Team members are reachable through location, phone, and email actions instead of buried contact forms. Course sessions show date, title, and a one-line summary so technicians can scan upcoming training at a glance. Every template repeats the apply path, so the route from "interested" to "enrolled" is never more than one click away.

Built to Convert
The result is a training website built to inform and enroll, not just exist. Consistent footer contact details, a persistent Apply link, and calendar subscription keep the program reachable across visits. Built on a modern responsive stack with React, the design scales cleanly
