Florida Transit Technician Program — Website Design.

Overview
A clean, trust-first website for the Florida Transit Technician Program (FTTP) — a cost-free training initiative administered by the Florida Department of Transportation through Lively Technical College. We designed a full multi-page site built to inform technicians and partner agencies, showcase the course catalog, and drive applications.

The Design Approach
We anchored the site in a bold, industrial display typeface paired with a calm blue palette and generous white space — official enough for a government program, modern enough to feel current. Authentic program photography of technicians, instructors, and hands-on shop work replaces stock imagery throughout, building trust with a working-technician audience.

Pages We Designed
The build spans a complete site: a homepage with a typographic hero, program stats, newsletter archive, and photo gallery; a detailed Courses catalog organized into tabbed training tracks; a Program Info page introducing the program and its leadership; a Resources & Links hub for downloadable maintenance templates and partner organizations; a structured multi-section Apply form; and a clean Contact page.

Key Outcomes Surfaced
Three proof points are pulled high on the homepage as scannable stats: 100% cost-free training, 15+ course modules, and 500+ technicians trained — giving the program immediate credibility.

Built to Convert
