This association management dashboard UI design gives an AMS platform a clean, trustworthy admin experience for running member events end to end. The brief was to make a dense back office feel calm and operable — soft canvas, teal-and-navy system, clear data tables, and stat cards that turn event registration into a few confident clicks. The direction is professional and SaaS-clean: an airy off-white canvas, a navy-and-teal brand system, a persistent left module sidebar, and generous card layouts that keep complex association data legible. Status pills (Draft, Open, Close), clear primary actions, and tidy tables make state obvious at a glance. Empty states guide first-time setup instead of leaving blank screens. The module spans the full event-admin loop. An Event Details screen surfaces title, type, virtual meeting link, date, and publication status with an edit panel and publish action. A Registration Periods view manages multiple windows with capacity, price, status, access, and shareable links in a clean table, plus a helpful empty state. A Registrants screen tracks totals, paid, free, and revenue stat cards with filters, CSV export, and a per-attendee table.
The design runs operations through clarity. Status pills and publication states let admins see at a glance whether an event is private, open, or closed. Multi-period registration with per-window pricing and public-or-member access makes complex ticketing simple. Stat cards (total, paid, free, revenue) give instant event health, while CSV export and filters streamline reporting. Guided empty states reduce setup friction, so new admins reach a published event faster.
The result is an AMS dashboard that feels enterprise-grade yet easy to operate — dense with capability, calm in execution.
